Cardiff is home to some of the most amazing sports events! The city has a great reputation as a sporting capital due to the quality of the sports events and facilities. Cardiff has many attractions including Cardiff Castle which is located in the Castle Quarter, in the heart of Cardiff. There has been a fort on the site for almost 2,000 years. Cardiff Castle is a unique blend of different architectural styles, although it was constructed by the Normans there are still Roman parts and Gothic-Victorian parts attached to it. At the Castle the Welsh banquets are a popular tourist attraction so students can enjoy the food, drinks, and entertainments just as they would have several centuries ago.
